What is a Nutritional Health Coach?
A Nutritional Health Coach is your personal advisor to help you implement diet and lifestyle changes by creating a step by step plan with you, as small changes lead to remarkable results. As your Nutritional Health Coach I create an individualised health plan by completing an extensive assessment of your; food diary, stress levels, sleep, exercise, bodily systems and family history.
In my practice I take a holistic naturopathic approach and focus on three pillars: nutrition, movement and mindset.
I advise and motivate my clients on these key areas in order for them to reach their desired health goals, using my skills and experience as a certified Nutritional Health Coach, Yin Yoga & Meditation Teacher, alongside the knowledge from my BSc in Psychology.
My expertise lies in women’s hormone health. I offer different 1:1 programs with all sessions conducted online and in the strictest of confidence, without no judgement.
